APW Happy Hour

Raindrops keep falling on my head

hey apw,

We’re in the middle of some sort of crazy rainstorm in the Bay Area. It’s supposedly Build-An-Ark-Epic, and public schools are cancelled, but thus far I suspect the rest of the country would just laugh in our faces. Because it’s… raining… kind of a lot? And sometimes there is wind too? There is some flooding (a few communities got hit hard, and we’re thinking of them), but the rest of are just assuming this is more or less the same as nine feet of snow. Or maybe twelve. What I’m saying is a big rain storm is all we’ve got, so we’re going whole hog on this one.

Otherwise the APW staff has finally gotten into a full, hard-core, Serial debate (mostly I’m just surprised it took this long). And we’re aiming to finally order our New Year’s Cards and have a festive holiday weekend. I hope yours is fantastic as well. Open thread (second to last of the year, before APW goes on a much deserved holiday break), so do your thing!

XO,

MEG
